The number of flashes of the one-touch comfort indicator is raised from 3 to 5.

When the steering wheel is turned the fog light on the side being turned to comes on and provides cornering illumination.

Deactivating the seat belt warning
The audible and visual warning given when the belt is not fastened is disabled.
Enabling the TSC system
TSC is enabled and the turbulence that occurs in the steering wheel during hard pull-aways is prevented; it is stated that this can only be done on GTI cars.
GTIXDS locking differential activation
The XDS electronic differential lock is enabled and roadholding is improved; it is stated that this can only be done on GTI cars.

Automatic door locking above 15 km/h
The doors lock by themselves when the vehicle speed exceeds 15 km/h.
Anti-theft and anti-hijack alarm coding
The alarm function that warns of unauthorised interference with the car is activated.

The door locks open automatically when the key is removed from the ignition.
