When the headlights are flashed with the fog lights on, the fog lights flash as well.

Software update for Full Screen CarPlay
If the infotainment software version does not support full screen CarPlay, it opens as a half screen; on cars where full screen is wanted, an infotainment software update is carried out.

Launch Control
The function that works together with the ECU, TCU and DSC to provide a maximum-traction launch from a standstill is brought into service.
Rev limiter
In manual mode the automatic upshift is prevented when the revs reach the limit; gear control stays with the driver.

Disabling the SOS / Emergency Call system in software
On BMW cars the warnings "Emergency Call System Error", "SOS battery fault" or "Emergency Call System Not Available" are cleared permanently by switching the SOS system off in software without replacing hardware; the car's other functions continue to work normally.

Faster shift times
Shift times are shortened by about 30% with the V1 software and by up to 50% with the V2 software.
OEM sport gearbox software (BMW G30)
Original BMW sport software is loaded onto the gearbox control unit of the BMW G30 5 Series, speeding up shifts and bringing Launch Control, the rev limiter and Sport Plus mode into service.
V1 sport transmission software
The balanced version, which speeds up shifts by about 30% (0.5 s) and enables Launch Control, the rev limiter and Sport Plus mode; it does not include exhaust pops.
V2 sport transmission software
The aggressive version, which speeds up shifts by up to 50% (0.3 s) and includes Launch Control, the rev limiter, Sport Plus mode and the exhaust pop effect.
