Lighting
Headlights switching off with the light stalk at 0
When the light stalk is moved to the "0" position, the headlights go out completely.
Fog lights flashing with the headlight flash
When the headlights are flashed with the fog light on, the fog lights flash as well.
Option for five indicator flashes at a single touch
An option to flash the indicator 5 times at a single touch of the stalk is added to the iDrive exterior lighting settings.
Daytime running light on/off from iDrive
The option to switch the daytime running lights on and off is added to the iDrive menu.
Strobe brake light
When the brake is pressed, the brake lights come on in a strobe pattern.
Changing the interior ambient lighting colour
The "Bronze" colour in the ambient lighting is replaced with red or another desired colour.

Changing the cluster layout
The digital instrument cluster layout is changed to one of the M, Alpina or M Sport 330 designs.
Tyre temperature in the tyre pressure display
The temperature value of each tyre is also shown on the tyre pressure screen.

Seat belt warning deactivation
The warning given when the belt is not fastened is disabled.
Comfort
Closing the electric boot at a single press of the remote
The electric tailgate can be closed with a single press of the remote button.

Video playback while driving
The car is coded so that the video image stays on the screen while the car is moving.
Video playback from a USB stick
Video files on a USB stick are made playable on the iDrive screen.

Performance
Extended sport display
The sport gauge is converted into an advanced sport gauge showing G-meter, power, torque, oil temperature and boost pressure data.

Bowers & Wilkins sound presets
Bowers & Wilkins equaliser presets are loaded onto the audio system; the effect is obtained on cars with the Harman Kardon audio system.

Start-Stop initial state / memory
The Start-Stop system starts switched off when the car is started, or remembers the driver's last choice.
Drive Modes
Comfort Plus drive mode
The Comfort Plus step is added to the drive mode menu.
Sport Plus drive mode
The Sport Plus step is added to the drive mode menu.
Default drive mode setting
It is defined which drive mode the car starts in every time it is started.

Disabling the SOS / Emergency Call system in software
On BMW cars the warnings "Emergency Call System Error", "SOS battery fault" or "Emergency Call System Not Available" are cleared permanently by switching the SOS system off in software without replacing hardware; the car's other functions continue to work normally.
